Cleaners*- The most vital component of our AT Home team. Our perfect candidate is already cleaning professionally, or has before. If that’s you and you’re currently working for a cleaning company that regularly uses toxic cleansers, you could be at significant health risk due to frequent exposure. But if you love what you do and want to upgrade your employment while safeguarding your health, send us your resume.
If you don’t have cleaning experience, but believe you’d enjoy it, you’re probably right! If you have a good work ethic and an eye for detail, we’re interested in hearing from you too. Our cleaners are asked to perform mild-to-heavy physical labor. We ask our applicants to be willing and able to perform the following tasks:
Here, AT Home, we provide our cleaners with the knowledge, skill-set, and supplies to get the job done. We even provide the clients. Many cleaning services advertise the ‘benefits’ of you finding your own clients, and require you to do so, which can allow you to grow your schedule, but at the expense of tedious personal marketing efforts. We take care of all that marketing for you. AT Home sets up the appointments and we’ll arrange for as many, or as few, homes as you’d like to clean. The priority seat for this valuable team position is an existing cleaner on our team. We value promoting within the company and like to offer management level positions to our qualified employees before engaging in recruitment outside the company. However, we do consider Quality Control Specialists or Manager applicants from other professional cleaning companies. Scheduling Manager-Not currently available.
The Scheduling Manager will manage both the client-list and the cleaner schedules. Using marketing and client-cleaner communication. We aim to create a seamless platform for potential customers, existing customers, and our cleaners. This position is reserved for Management professionals who already have a taste for the demands of management. A College diploma is required if you have no management experience. Marketing Director-Not currently available.
We aim to bring healthy, affordable housekeeping to as many current clients as possible while ensuring new customers wait no longer than one week for their first service. Our Marketing Director will monitor company productivity and ensure marketing efforts balance our growth at a manageable rate. A Degree in Marketing is preferred for this position, but if you don’t have one and you think you have what it takes, we’d be happy to discuss the position in an interview format. This market is breathing, and with that breath there is a tide. We aim to find a balance between there being no holes in our schedule, while eliminating the need for potential new customers to wait any more than one week for a cleaning.
