Home-Sick Policy

We totally understand if you or your children have to be at home during your cleaning due to illness.  We simply request you choose a room you'd like for us to skip, and just hangout in there 'til we're through. This is to reduce the spread of bacteria and other airborne ailments. If you're working from home, that's no trouble at all, and we just ask to coordinate a swap with you in order for us to complete your home office. 

A late fee of 50% may be applied to payments not received at the time of a cleaning.

*Aromatherapy and its physiological effects have been studied and found to be highly positive; however individual reactions to the use of essential oils can vary.  The effects are not intended as a replacement for healthy diet and exercise, and are NOT to be used as a medical alternative for clinical treatment of documented illnesses.  We are confident AT cleaning applications provide healthier household environments, but the primary focus of this chemical-free cleaning method is to remove all refuse, dust, and hair.  We believe a clean home is the first step to a healthy lifestyle, and the service we provide will help get you there - and help you maintain it.*

We know the weather can throw us curveballs, but we're prepared to travel in any weather. You can expect us on any snow-day! If you are going to stay home for the day, we'll be happy to work around you, but in the event you have to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, a cancelation fee of  50% the cost of your cleaning will be applied to your account. 

*Deep Cleaning Disclosure- The first time AT Home cleans a house is considered a ‘Deep Clean’ by definition.  During these cleanings, a far more thorough job is performed than in a standard cleaning.  We vacuum air filters, hand wipe fan blades and blinds, scrub baseboards, etc.  This is to improve your wellbeing, and your home’s, as well as to make our job easier if we are to return for regular service.  The price you'll receive from from your quote represents that initial Deep Cleaning fee.  

If you ever need to cancel your cleaning, we completely understand.  Please let us know as soon as you know you're in need of a rescheduling, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.  We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice to allow us to notify the cleaner and adjust the schedule, otherwise a cancelation fee of 50% may be applied to your account.  

Cancelation Policy

Due to covid, we've changed the way we conduct our cleanings just a bit. we now ask that, if possible, the home be empty at the time of your cleaning. if you will be home, we require a closed door between us at all times. thanks for your accommodation!

LATE FEE POLICY

We AT Home value the family relationships of our clients, as well as our cleaners.  To allow families to spend holiday time with one another, we will be closed Monday through Friday during the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas.  (For this year, 2018, those dates are November 19th-23rd, and December 24th-28th)  Cleanings scheduled on those days will either be skipped, and be resumed on their regular schedule, or rescheduled to be performed on either the previous or following week, depending on your preference.  We thank you ahead of time for your understanding, and we're sorry for any inconvenience.
